• Enter the word/name/initial desired in the personalization box (Letters & Numbers).
• If wish stacked words/ 2 lines words, leave a space between the word (eg. KOBE BRYANT)
• Capital letter used (no case sensitive), no symbols are allowed
• Proceed at checkout, select the shipping method and make the payment.
• If you forget any information, contact us we will respond within 24 hours.

HANDMADE: All of the lab-made diamonds used on this pendant are all handset by our in-house specialist.

Hydra Hype will replace or repair the item should you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage during delivery. All items are handcrafted and customized with care, we understand that these pieces are very important, so If you do have an issue with your product, please feel free to contact us and we can solve the issue.

How do I get two words stacked / 2 lines for my custom pendant?

You can stack two words by adding the two words in the personalization box. To let us know that you want the words stacked, make sure you leave a space between each word.

Are symbols allowed for my custom pendant?

Unfortunately, for now, we offer only English letters and numbers.

Does your jewelry tarnish, rust or change color?

The color may become a bit darker than before as you wear it due the dust in the air, but will not rust or fade as we plate them with real gold and silver. All crystal is protected with a special coating that will prevent any foaming.

What if I need more than 10-12 letters for my custom pendant?

If more than 10 letters are not available, contact us and we will assist from there.

Do you use real diamonds?

We don't use real diamonds as it will bring the price too high. Hydra Hype uses VVS CZ Simulates created in the lab using Cubic Zirconia. Not only it is more affordable, but the stones shine like the diamond gemstones. All our crystals are made by our in-house specialists.

Where are you guys located?

We are located in California. All the pieces of jewelry are designed in California. All our domestic orders(USA) are shipped from our factory located in City Of Industry, CA USA. While international orders will be shipped from our international factory to provide you free shipping.

What materials are your products made from?

Since there are a lot of items featured, so they are made of different materials, such as Copper, 925 Sterling Silver, Stainless Steel for the base material. As for plating we use 14K, 18k, 24k Gold plated, Rose Gold, and Sterling Silver. The gemstones used are Natural Zircon Crystals and VVS CZ Simulates diamonds embedded. You can identify the material from each product's description.
